Sleeping Beauty
We are delighted to welcome back Roundwood Variety Group who will stage their performance of Sleeping Beauty on Friday 31 Jan at 8pm, Saturday 1 February at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Sunday 2 Feb at 3 p.m. Admission for night performances is 15 euro and 3 p.m. matinees on Saturday and Sunday 12 euro. Car Boot Sale
The next Car Boot Sale will take place on Sunday 9 February 2014 (due to Roundwood Variety Group Show taking place on 2nd Feb) subsequent Car Boot Sales will take place as normal on the 1st Sunday of the month. Vans must be booked in. Contact the Brockagh Centre on 0404-45600.
Stepping into a Healthy Lifestyle
Link it Up. Stepping into a healthy lifestyle. Link it Up is a health initiative designed to encourage people by linking up the two elements of healthy lifestyle in one course: exercise and a healthy diet. This course community based exercise and nutrition course will run in the Brockagh Centre for 6 Mondays commencing Monday 3 February 9.15-12.15 each day. A contribution of 2 euro per week is requested towards the cost of food. Topics covered include –Getting the best fitness benefits from walking; Improving flexibility & strength; Improving posture; Improve breathing; Exercise and eating; Food pyramid; Fibre providers; Focus on Fats; Food for Life; Shop Smart. Wicklow Man
The Wicklow Man is back to his normal Tuesday night slot at the Brockagh Centre on Tuesday nights from 9.30 p.m.
School Admission Lists

Operation Transformation
Still going strong in the Laragh Glendalough area. The meet-ups are 7pm in the Brockagh Centre on Tuesday nights for weigh-in, short talk and walk – (note there is a 1 euro charge on Tuesday nights) and on Saturday mornings at 10 am at the Visitor Centre in Glendalough – people welcome to join at any time. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing, wear a High Visibility reflective jacket/ vest and bring a torch (for night walk). CommunityGarden

Living Willow & Basket Weaving
Learn how to make living willow furniture, garden fencing, tunnels and lots more. This six-week beginner’s course will teach you some basic techniques, allowing you to add flare to your garden or vegetable patch and giving you the chance to try the techniques at home as you go. Basket-weaving Workshop – This one day workshop will teach you some basic skills in traditional Irish basket-weaving. No experience is required and you will bring home your very own handcrafted basket made of willow. Both courses will start soon in the Brockagh Centre. Book into our 4 week online learning course this week. Learn lots of useful online fun and practical things to do. Friendly, pressure free environment, for free if you are over 65yrs and €15 if you are under. We welcome back all our previous Online Students that did Benefit 3 or Benefit 4 courses.
Masters of Running Workshop
