Mindful Cooking Workshop

Cycle4Families
Charity event will be on the 1st of April from the Brockagh Centre, Laragh. The Ronald McDonald House provides twenty families, every night with accommodation, care and support while their children are seriously and long-term ill in Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin. Awareness Meditation Retreat
Meditation retreats are a life changing opportunity to deepen your meditation practice and enable life balance. We Love Art
Classes on Monday afternoons are for Primary school children. They are taught by artist and qualified art teacher Almha Roche. We work with lots of different art and craft forms. This painting class will help you to find your own artistic style in your preferred medium. It is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced painters. Drama School
Drama modules will incorporate improvisation, mime, script work, vocal training and acting skills.
