Mobile Library
A mobile comes to Laragh every second Thursday from 12.15 to 12.50pm and parks at the back of Lynhams Hotel. Phone on 087 9135229 or email library@wicklowcoco.ie. Next dates are Thurs 19th Oct and Nov 2nd.
For people who have difficulty accessing their nearest public library, the Mobile Library Service gives them the opportunity to avail of a public library facility. The mobile library carries approximately 2,500 items with free access to many online resources including downloadable audio books, newspapers and more.

100TH BIRTHDAY

Fighting For Blindness Oct 21st
The 15km long course has 550+m of gain/loss. TrailShoes are Strongly Advised. This route has an 11am start. The 8.5km short course (jog/walk option) has 270m of gain/loss mainly on forestry tracks. This route has an 11.30am start. Race sign-on is from 9am at Brockagh Centre in Laragh. Yoga with Louise
Vinyasa Krama Yoga (step-by-step). Classes are from 10am to 11.20 in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh.
The practice will provide gentle stretching, improved strength and flexibility, as well as help students to find balance and calm in everyday life. Louise takes students through Asana, Pranayama and Meditation for a full Yoga practice.

Chair Yoga
Classes are from 11.30am to 12.30 in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh.
Chair Yoga is suitable for those who find a regular yoga class too strenuous, are recovering from injury or illness or are generally less active and mobile. Louise’s classes include physical poses (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation and meditation. There is some standing work which is optional and done next to the chair.

Christmas Market Traders
Our very popular and successful Christmas Market is back on Sunday 3rd Dec 2023 from 10am to 3pm. Laragh Badminton Club
Badminton classes are in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh with Monday evenings: Adults 7.30-9.30pm. Thursdays Evenings: Juniors 4th class beginners 6-7pm, 5-6th class & 1st year secondary school 7-8pm, Teenagers 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th year Secondary School Classes 8-9pm. Laragh and Glendalough Tidy Towns
Our community clean up/planting day will be taking place on the first Saturday of each month from 10-11am. As usual, meet opposite Lynhams on the green. Young people are welcome to take part(with their guardians).
SuperValue Tidy Towns Competition results are in and we have gained 10 points from last year’s result. Well done to all our volunteers who have generously given their time throughout the year. Laragh and Glendalough do appreciate your efforts greatly!

We have a mixture of Hot Desks, Dedicated (Weekly/Monthly) Desks, Pod and Meeting rooms available with High Speed Broadband Connection. Our shared working space is located in the the heart of county Wicklow with panoramic views of the stunning Glendalough Valley. Free parking, free tea/coffee facilities and lift access.
