Brockagh Resource Centre

Holiday Schedule for Brockagh Regular Classes

Elevation Dance finished 11th Dec, back 6th Jan. Badminton finished on 19th Dec, back 6th Jan for adults and Jan 8th for youths. Yoga with Louise finished on 12th Dec, back 9th Jan. Pilates with Zara finished 16th Nov, back 6th Jan. Laragh & Glendalough Active Retired group finished 17 Dec, back 11th Feb. Bright Stars (Toddler group) finished 17th Dec, back 8th Jan. 

Recycling: We ask anyone who is recycling to please not leave your recycling outside the bins if they are full over the holidays but come back when they are emptied. CCTV is located on this facility in the carpark.

Laragh & Glendalough Tidy Towns

We will be holding our raffle in Lynhams on Sat evening on the 21st of Dec.

Our Christmas raffle is worth over €900.00 in total with some great prizes to win. These prizes include 2 night stay in Deerstone’s Shepherds Huts, Claralara family day pass, Lynham’s Hotel voucher €100, Supervalu Wicklow voucher €50, a bottle from Glendalough Distillery, full of goodness local honey, pilates classes with Zara at the Brockagh Centre,  and more.

 

Mobile Library

A mobile comes to Laragh every second Thursday from 12.15 to 12.50pm and parks at the back of Lynhams Hotel. Phone on 087 9135229 or email library@wicklowcoco.ie

For people who have difficulty accessing their nearest public library, the Mobile Library Service gives them the opportunity to avail of a public library facility. The mobile library carries approximately 2,500 items with free access to many online resources including downloadable audio books, newspapers and more.  Last date for 2024 was December 5th. Waiting for 2025 dates. 

AA Meetings  (Ongoing)

Closed AA Meetings are held in the Brockagh Resource Centre at 8.30 p.m. every Monday night.

Celebrate Midwinter and the return of light and hope

Venue: The Annamoe Centre Annamoe Co.Wicklow. Date: Fri 20th Dec. Time: 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Learn about the traditions of Midwinter, self-care in wintertime, and enjoy some space for relaxation and reflection. Small group size so book early if you are interested.

We have a mixture of Hot Desks, Dedicated (Weekly/Monthly) Desks, Pod with High Speed Broadband Connection. Our shared working space is located in the the heart of county Wicklow with panoramic views of the stunning Glendalough Valley. Free parking, free tea/coffee facilities and lift access. To avail of the discounted rates you must pre-book your desk through brockaghhub@gmail.com only. Daily Rate €15, half day rate €10, weekly rate €60, monthly rate available. We also have a special student rate of €10 day rate or half day rate €5. Register now as a Member on our connectedhubs.ie site.. We are waiting to see if they are renewing the voucher scheme.
