This early Christian monastic settlement was founded by St. Kevin in the 6th century and from this developed the “Monastic City”. Visitor Centre is closed.
Car park is open - parking charges apply at weekends only until March 2022.
Toilets open 09:30 - 16:00.
Monastic Site and the Walking trails are always open.
Guides on site 09:30 - 16:00.
