Glendalough Visitor Centre
Glendalough is home to one of the most important monastic sites in Ireland. This early Christian monastic settlement was founded by St. Kevin in the 6th century and from this developed the “Monastic City”. To book a tour of the Monastic Site – contact the Visitor Centre on +353 (0) 404 45325/45352.

Glendalough Visitor Centre (Limited Winter Access)
Visitor Centre is closed. Car park is open - parking charges apply at weekends only until March 2022. Toilets open 09:30 - 16:00. Monastic Site and the Walking trails are always open. Guides on site 09:30 - 16:00.
