Holiday Greetings from the Brockagh Resource Centre

The Brockagh Resource Centre wishes to thank everyone who has supported us throughout a challenging year. A special thank you to our dedicated staff, who are always ready to greet and help customers, also to our board of management for volunteering their time.  We wish you all and your families a very happy, peaceful and joyous 2022. AA Meetings                                                                                                                             Closed AA Meetings are held in the Brockagh Resource Centre at 8.30 p.m. every Monday night all year round.

Yoga Classes With Louise

Louise’s classes are finished for Christmas but will be back early January 2022. Booking is essential to ensure it is safe for you to attend.  Call Louise on 087-6032202.

About Chair Yoga 

Chair /Seated Yoga is suitable for those who find a regular yoga class too strenuous, are recovering from injury or illness or are generally less active and mobile. Classes from 11.30 to 12.30pm. 

About Vinyasa Yoga

The practice will provide gentle stretching, improved strength and flexibility, as well as help students to find balance and calm in everyday life. Classes   from 10am to 11.30am.    

Laragh Badminton Club 

Badminton will be back in the new year please check with Phil or Gosia in January if you wish to join.

Monday evenings: Juniors 7-8pm (1st yr secondary students), 8-9pm (5th  & 6th Class-national school) on Thurs evenings:  6.45-7.45pm(4th class national school), 7.15-8.15pm (teenagers secondary school), Adults 8-9pm. Irish Dancing Classes

Irish Dancing (Saturday mornings from  9am-10am) will continue in the new year if there is a demand, please check with tutors.
