Brockagh Market & Car Boot(Next date Sun Nov 13th)
The Brockagh Market & Car Boot is once a month on the 2nd Sun(except Jan/Feb). Open to the public from 10am to 3pm.Tea, coffee and food snacks are available. Bargains on all items with a wide variety of delights for every need. Free parking and customer toilet facilities.
The barrier will be locked from 6pm Saturday evening until 8am Sunday morning. You can contact us by phone 0404 45600 (Wed-Fri 9am to 2pm) or email carbootbrockagh@gmail.com. All stallholders must pre book their space or no entry on the day.
Crafty Crafters
The Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh is reaching out to anyone who would like to share a creative space with like minded people who enjoy being creative, sharing ideas and would like to connect with other people who share similar interests such as knitting, writing or art etc., in a social setting during the winter months.
Come along on November 9th from 11am to 1pm with €5 entry fee per person each week, tea/coffee provided by the centre, WIFI and laptop available for research.

Forever Young Yoga with Hildi
Do stiffness in your joints and want to move with ease and joy? Are you a bit stressed preparing for ‘normal life’ this autumn? How is your energy? Walking group in the Brockagh
On Monday mornings weekly at 10am join the Laragh walking group at the Brockagh Resource Centre for a walk around the Glendalough area for approximately one hour. No need to book, just show up on the day.
Laragh Christmas Tree Lighting
We would like to say a huge thanks to everyone who came to the table quiz last night. We had an unbelievable 33 tables. It was fantastic to see the amazing support that our community gives the Christmas lights every year. We have so many people to thank but firstly to Lynham’s Hotel Laragh who allowed us to take over the bar and restaurant and rearrange tables to accommodate so many people. Nothing was a problem and they also provided hot food for everyone. Thank you to management and staff.
Thanks also to Ger Duffy for providing the sound equipment and our MC Damien Hanlon who kept everything going. The hardest job was left to Caitriona Merrigan, Maria Merrigan, and Lucia Klobucnikova who were very busy ensuring the scores were all up to date so well done ladies it was really appreciated. Thanks also to Lizzie Fanning for managing the floor and selling so many tickets.
We had an amazing amount of prizes for the table quiz and we would like to thank everyone who organized these or donated something themselves.
