Rainbows Ireland Supporting Children with Bereavement and Parental Separation

Rainbows is a free, voluntary service for children and young people experiencing loss following bereavement and parental separation. The Rainbows service is an inclusive service, supporting children and young people experiencing grief and loss resulting from bereavement/parental separation/parental relationship breakdown /divorce. Attending the programme provides children with an opportunity to meet with other children of a similar age and loss experience, at a minimum of 3 months after the loss.

Laragh Heritage Trail(An initiative of Laragh Glendalough Tidy Towns)
We have secured a place on the Heritage Keepers program to assist with the new Laragh Heritage Trail. We are looking for 2-3 extra people to join our active panel. This will involve participating in 5 x 2 hour online workshops, over the next five Tuesday evenings which will be facilitated by the Heritage Keepers program. Yoga and Chair Yoga in Laragh
Yoga in Laragh’s Brockagh Resource Centre resumes on Thursday 12th January.
Vinyasa Yoga at 10am to 11.20am
The practice will provide gentle stretching, improved strength and flexibility, as well as help students to find balance and calm in everyday life.
Chair Yoga at 11.30am to 12.30pm
Chair Yoga is suitable for those who find a regular yoga class too strenuous, are recovering from injury or illness or are generally less active and mobile.

The active retirement group will meet up for the first time in 2023 on Tues 14th February and after that every Tuesday morning from 11am – 12pm in the Brockagh. We are aware of rising energy and cost of living increases over the past few months. We have decided to revise and decrease our rates for the first half of 2023 to help out our clients and members of the community.
We have a mixture of Hot Desks, Dedicated (Weekly/Monthly) Desks, Pod and Meeting rooms available with High Speed Broadband Connection.
