National Park staff are taking to the skies. With an orange fire warning in place, we are all on fire patrol, keeping our National Park safe.
You can help too. Please do not light barbeques or fires in the hills during this dry spell. And if you see a hill fire, please phone 999.
Under the Wildlife Act it is not permitted to burn growing vegetation between the 1st of March and the 31st of August, so all such fires are illegal and need to be reported. Working together we can protect Ireland’s precious habitats.

Brockagh Market & Car Boot 14th May
The Brockagh Market & Car Boot is once a month on the 2nd Sun(except Jan/Feb). Open to the public from 10am to 3pm.Tea, coffee and food snacks are available. Indoor and outdoor stalls with a variety of items for sale with plenty of bargains from gifts, clothes, plants, books, toys, aloe vera products, artwork, tools, household items etc. Free parking and customer toilet facilities.
