Walking in the Lightness of Being

The advanced teachings of the Lenmurian Mystery School use ancient wisdom to transform our lives and the lives of all. In this year of 2016 we are being challenged on many levels: socially, economically, emotionally and spiritually. This workshop on Sat, Oct 22nd from 9.30 to 18:00 was born out of the need to address these issues that arise from these challenges. Morning Yoga

This class will run every Thursday from 10 to 11.15am. This is a gently paced class for beginners to advanced.  The class will provide gentle stretching, improved strength and flexibility, as well as help students to find balance and calm in everyday life.  To find out more Call Louise on 087 603 2202 or Brockagh Centre on 0404 45600

Chair Yoga

From September, our very popular Chair Yoga class at the Brockagh Centre will run on Thursdays at 11.30am to 12.45pm. Chair Yoga is suitable for those who may find regular yoga classes too strenuous – those who may be completely new to yoga, recovering from injury or illness or generally less active and mobile. Evening Yoga with Viva                                                                                                                                                            Viva’s yoga classes for beginners to advanced resume on 21st Sept at 7pm. Wear comfortable clothes on the night and bring a blanket. Mats are available on the night.

H.I.F.D  (High Intensity Fitness Dance

Get into shape for Christmas and loose some holiday pounds with Adam in cardio exercise dancing. You don’t need to be a good dancer or very fit just dance along at your own pace and enjoy the music. Wednesday night at 7.00pm

Mindful Athletic Performance

This course is for athletes who would like to get more from their sports performance, be more present and in the moment when training or competing, learn to modify their behaviour with awareness, overcome negative beliefs or thoughts that are holding your performance back, would like to achieve and realize their goals. Drama & Dance

Parent and Toddler Group

Happy Days will be starting back on September 14th from 10.30 to 12 at the Brockagh Centre. We would like to invite parents to come for a social morning with their children for some play, chat and of course light refreshments. Support workshop for parents

The workshop starting in early October at the Brockagh Centre is about how to best support yourself and your child if he/she is diagnosed with a learning disability, developmental or behavioral disorder. General Creative Writing Class

If you feel you have a story you want to tell but are not sure how, we can help; if you are already writing and want to push yourself a little and be in the company of other writers, then our creative writing course is also for you! Over the six weeks (2 hours per class) we will cover the short story, memoir, poetry and flash fiction. Creative Writing Workshop Weekend

This intensive writing workshop weekend is designed to help existing writers advance their work and to kick-start beginners. We will do writing games and exercises to help get the creative juices flowing. We will examine the work of established writers with a view to improving our own efforts. Participants will also have time to do their own work and by the end of the weekend they should have a workable piece of writing or the knowledge of how to go about it.
