Table Quiz for Laragh Christmas Tree Lighting Event
It’s getting back to that time of year and it has been a long time since we have been able to hold a fundraising event and we hope you can all come out to support.
The table quiz will be held in Lynhams of Laragh on Friday October 21st at 8pm with a raffle on the night. Table of four people at €40. Any enquiries contact Collette on 086 607 3700.
Brockagh Market & Car Boot Oct 8th
Come along on Oct 8th to The Brockagh Market & Car Boot which is once a month on the 2nd Sun(except Jan/Feb). Open to the public from 10am to 3pm.Tea, coffee and food snacks are available. Indoor and outdoor stalls with a variety of items for sale with plenty of bargains from gifts, clothes, plants, books, toys, aloe vera products, artwork, tools, household items etc. Free parking and customer toilet facilities.

Holistic Self-Defence Class
A self-defence course facilitated by Dara Clear, who has been practising martial arts for 30 years will be starting in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh on Oct 25th, Nov 1st, 8th and 15th from 6:30-8:30pm.
Practical and holistic approaches to self-protection will be taught across the 4-night course. No prior experience necessary. Book early as places are limited. To book contact Dara at 089 226 8851(deposit required).
Forever Young Yoga with Hildi
The Yogatree Autumn Term restarts at the Brockagh Centre the week of 5th September and you are warmly invited to join us! Do stiffness in your joints and want to move with ease and joy? Are you a bit stressed preparing for ‘normal life’ this autumn? How is your energy? Do you jump out of bed ready to enjoy what the day brings or do you drag yourself into the new day? Hildi can help ease your body & mind with expertly taught yoga. She’s highly qualified with decades of experience.
